I have a fascinating backstory that has led me to where I am now! I'd like to share it with you so that you may get a sense of how powerful a holistic approach can be. If you haven't tried it yet, you're missing out on an experience that will change your life forever.

In high school, I was an athlete and one of the fastest football players in my team. During this time, I started to notice that my muscle recovery after playing football was decreasing in a way I didn't used to experience before. Also, I started to experience continuous headaches and digestive problems, mainly severe constipation and bloating. I met many doctors, carried out the necessary tests and took the prescribed medications, but it was all in vain.

On the contrary, my symptoms were increasing to the extent that I was bed-ridden for days and days. I could hardly move. I could hardly think clearly. I could hardly manage anything in my life. For me it was like a vicious cycle, and I thought I was being punished with something I didn't exactly understand.

I was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease, stomach ulcers, acid reflux, arthritis, asthma, severe sinus problems, and severe teeth problems, which required me to take around 25 pills per day, a combination of painkillers, autoimmune suppressants, anti-inflammatory medications, cortisone and antidepressants.

My body was in agony with chronic fatigue 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Everyone in my family, having experienced all what I was going through, were suffering along with me.

After 7 years of suffering using the conventional approach, I was about to give up completely.

Coincidentally and fortunately, I was invited to attend a motivational seminar, and the speaker’s speech unintentionally opened my mind to the human psyche and its effect on everything in our life. That led me to consistent work of searching, seeking alternative and different methods to put an end to my suffering.

Many times during my journey of recovery - that took more than 10 years - I came across certain methods that I thought were the ultimate solution to end my suffering.

However, this proved wrong – until, that is, I started to study the holistic approach and apply it gradually to my life. For me, it was like connecting the dots or completing a puzzle.

Now after all these years, I'm grateful for all that I've gone through because it has helped shape me into the person I am today. It has given me the opportunity to work with people around the world, helping them to find a path to recovery and maintain a healthy lifestyle, and spread the knowledge about holistic health and its positive effect on all aspects of life.
